About Me
Neil has more than 41 years of experience and is the original founder of MS&A. Neil graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1968 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Neil received his CPA certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy on January 31, 1971.
